Calm, practical therapy that finally makes sense of what you’re going through You deserve a space where you feel genuinely understood — not rushed, judged, or talked over. My approach is calm, steady, and centred on understanding your experiences before we try to change anything. You don’t need to have the right words. We’ll figure things out together, at a pace that feels manageable. We’ll work together to understand the patterns behind what you’re struggling with, and build a clear plan for change. I use evidence based approaches like CBT, Schema Therapy, and DBT skills to help you make sense of what’s happening and move forward with confidence. Therapy shouldn’t feel mysterious. I use practical tools — worksheets, shared formulations, and step by step strategies — so you always understand why we’re doing something and how it helps. Many of my clients come to me after experiences where therapy didn’t quite fit — where they felt misunderstood, unseen, or like their struggles were too complex. My role is to meet you where you are, understand your story, and help you feel truly heard — perhaps for the first time.
The Phobia Clinic- short-term exposure therapy for a range of phobia using state of the art VR technology (coming soon).
We offer specialised phobia treatment using immersive VR technology, allowing clients to face fears in a safe, controlled, and fully supported therapeutic environment. VR enhanced therapy is highly effective for phobias such as flying, driving, heights, public speaking, and social situations, giving you the chance to build confidence gradually and at your own pace. With a warm, tailored approach, I guide you through each step so you can move from avoidance to empowerment and experience real, lasting change.
